The team have been a pleasure to deal with over the past few weeks. We first approached Smart Home Loans when we applied for a £150,000 loan so that we could extend and refurbish our home. We had been wanting to do this for many years and after first contacting our lender and consulting a mortgage broker, neither would assist.
